Returns

Should you need to return any Chapel Soap products please email for return address after noting the following:

Chapel Soap’s returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into effect on 13/08/2014 This Regulation state that customers have 14 days after the day on which the goods come into the physical possession of the customer or the person that the customer asks you to deliver the goods to, to cancel their order.

We can only accept returns on unopened and unused products. Goods that are returned to us must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging suitable for resale.

The original postage costs will be refunded when returning an item, but not the returns postage.

Returns will be processed by us in a timely manner.
